Is the PLEXUS Starter plan really free forever?
Yes. The Starter plan is free with no time limit and no credit card required. It supports up to 5 PLC controllers, 500 tags, 5 programs in the Code Vault, and the 5 most common linter rules.
Can I cancel my Professional plan at any time?
Yes. Professional is billed monthly with no contracts. You can cancel from your account settings at any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Does PLEXUS support payment in Zimbabwe dollars / local currencies?
Yes. PLEXUS accepts EcoCash and Innbucks for customers in Zimbabwe, processed securely through PesePay. International customers pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) in USD.
What PLC protocols are included on the Professional plan?
All protocols: EtherNet/IP (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix), Siemens S7comm (S7-300/400/1200/1500), Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC-UA, Omron FINS (CJ/CS), Mitsubishi MC Protocol, BACnet/IP, and DNP3.
